Amy Ingram says
From all the teachers who were blessed with your contagious smile, Jeff, our hearts are broken. We wish this world could have been a mirror to you, allowing you insight to the beautiful reflection of joy you brought to others. Classrooms were just a bit more fun and definitely entertaining when you were in them. God bless you sweet boy.
Ms. Ingram and many other teachers who will never forget you

Tom Whyde says
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Franklin family as we all try to comfort you with our memories. Jeff was, and always will be, one of my “boys” because 20 years later I frequently think back to those days on the football field when Jeff and his friends were just little boys trying to prove their manhood. Jeff, like the others, all wanted to show us how tough they were through their childhood innocence. Rest in peace, Jeff!
